Origin 1 Advisory combines first-hand experience with property ownership, investment, renovation and management with a career focused on solving complex technical and operational problems. The goal is straightforward: help clients make sound decisions, avoid unnecessary spending and improve the spaces they own or operate.

Professional background

Guillermo's experience spans product strategy, engineering, energy systems, mobility and technology commercialization. His professional work has included roles at Tesla, Optimus Ride, Lyft's autonomous vehicle program, ZappyRide / J.D. Power, Schneider Electric and VEIR. Across these roles, he has worked on cross-functional execution, evaluating tradeoffs, improving processes and turning complex requirements into practical plans.

He holds degrees from Stanford University in mechanical engineering, political science and management science and engineering. At Stanford, he also led the Stanford Solar Car Project, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to design and race a solar-powered vehicle.
